Tony Pack
COO / Cofounder
Tony Pack is a Co-Founder of the Inner-City Tennis Project and a strong advocate for making tennis accessible to all children regardless of financial circumstances. Through his dedication, leadership, and support, ICTP has expanded its reach and impact throughout the Cincinnati community. Tony's vision and commitment to youth development have helped create a welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive both on and off the tennis court.

Ghassan Al-Ansi leads the day-to-day operations of ICTP while overseeing player development, coaching staff, community partnerships, and program growth. His mission is to provide opportunities for children through tennis while developing future leaders and responsible citizens.
